The AICHAIN consortium organised a new workshop to validate the governance and incentive mechanism proposed in the project.
On April 20th, 2022, the members of the AICHAIN consortium organised the second External Advisory Board Workshop with different ATM stakeholders to validate the governance and incentive mechanism proposed in the project. The online working session started with a general explanation of AICHAIN´s proposal regarding the governance and incentives. Then, the attendees completed a survey to share their thoughts on the presented mechanisms. The meeting was wrapped up with a case study presentation which included a few situations related with the AICHAIN solution that were intentionally unfair to one of the stakeholders involved in the workshop. This way, the advisory board could provide ideas to improve the model fairness.
The External Advisory Board members' contributions on the governance and incentive proposal and during the case study exercise were very valuable. The AICHAIN team thanks all attendees for their feedback and interesting input.
